交保想逃被揪出　華航偷拍狼判刑半年

1名年薪近400萬元的科技公司劉姓高階主管(51歲)今年6月，國舊金山搭華航班機飛來台灣途中，在商務艙廁所設針孔攝影偷拍，空姐智擒。依妨害秘密罪判刑半年。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，當時劉男被裁定3萬元交保後且境管，一度想趁境管「空窗期」搭機離境，桃園地院法官考量他和多數被害人和解，但有被害人希望他受到法律制裁，依妨害秘密罪判刑半年，得易科罰金。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
