永成賣黑油　嘉縣府撤銷臨時工廠登記

嘉義縣政府今晚宣佈將廢止正義上游永成油脂公司的臨時工廠設立登記，嘉義縣府指出，這項決定是依照行政程序法第123條，因永成原登記為飼料油製造販售的事實已經變更，其生產行為對公益、人民健康有明確傷害，所以依行政程序法予以廢止臨時工廠登記。
 
嘉義縣長張花冠表示，嘉義縣政府繼昨天祭出停業6個月及罰款3000萬，7天內繳交3000萬元罰款，如果7天期限內未繳交，將移送行政執行署強制執行。如受裁處者提出訴願，也不影響強制執行。
 
至於位在新港鄉的久豐油脂工廠，因本來就沒有工廠登記，張花冠縣長責令業務單位經濟發展處，進行相關違建處理程序。（王智勇／嘉義報導）
