中國外交部：港務屬中國內政　他國無從干預

對於部分中國媒體指美國在幕後訓練香港「佔中」參與者，中國外交部發言人洪磊在今天的例行記者會中表示，香港是中國的特別行政區，香港事務屬於中國內政，任何國家無權干涉。

當被問及中國副總理汪洋日前談到，「佔中」是借西方勢力製造的「顏色革命」根據為何，洪磊則沒有直接回應。他只作出警告，相關國家應尊重香港主權，在這個問題上謹言慎行，切勿發出錯誤訊號。

洪磊同時宣佈，應美國政府邀請，中國國務委員楊潔篪將於10月中下旬訪問美國，屆時將就中美關係，以及共同關心的國際地區問題與美方深入交換意見。楊曾與上月到訪中國的美國國家安全顧問蘇珊賴斯(Susan Rice)會晤，商討美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)11月訪華的行程安排。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
