【更新】華南銀楊豊彥：頂新失誠信　銀行不會融資

華南銀行總經理楊豊彥今早出席台銀羊年套幣發售記者會上表示，華銀對頂新可動用授信額度約1億元，但目前只放款幾千萬元，其餘放款皆在上周凍結。楊說：「頂新誠信有問題，除非進行結構性調整，重拾誠信，否則銀行不會再融資給他們。」（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
