蘋果日報-加薪條款 拼明年上路
有「加薪條款」之稱的《中小企業發展條例》第36條之2修正草案，昨獲立法院經委會初審通過，未來中小企業主替員工加薪，可扣抵隔年營所稅，但因加薪幅度扣抵營所稅上限未定，未來尚待朝野協商，若順利於本會期三讀，最快明年上路，後年報稅適用。

經濟日報-三星4,500億擴產 台廠備戰
三星昨（6）日宣布，將耗資150億美元（約新台幣4,500億元）在南韓平澤蓋Line 18新廠，預計明年上半年動工，2017年開始產出，主要用來生產處理器與記憶體晶片。三星大力擴產，已促使競爭同業全面備戰。

工商時報-加薪抵稅 立委加碼
立法院經濟委員會昨（6）日初審通過中小企業發展條例修正案，只要企業願意加薪，均可抵減營所稅。經濟部表示，若可趕在年底前完成三讀，明年可望帶動43萬家中小企業加薪。
