4G吃到飽本月底掰掰　台灣大：會適度調升用量

各家電信業者4G吃到飽優惠到本月底截止，對於吃到飽可能截止，台灣大總經理鄭俊卿今表示，新方案雖沒有吃到飽，但某種程度也是有限度吃到飽，一定資費會提供一定容量，容量用光不會斷網，只是降速，因為過去有20%用掉一半以上資源，基於公平使用付費原則，濫用資源者需要付更大代價，但一定可以滿足正常用戶需求。

至於補貼政策，鄭俊卿說，中國大陸對手機補貼採保守態度，目前補貼政策各家仍會有優惠，像吃到飽若停止，對各不同資費用量，各家都會往上加碼，對用戶權益不會有損失。

鄭俊卿表示，4G用戶數數據使用量也比3G大，吃到飽取消後，每月平均用量也會適度調升，讓一般消費者覺得夠用，但對濫用資源1個月用掉人家10倍或100倍，會付出更大代價。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
