酒氣沖天等救援　男辯閃狗墜溝喝酒取暖

新北市新店區烏來山區林姓男子，今年2月9日凌晨1時許酒後騎機車行經松林路時，為閃狗於過彎道時失控摔落山溝，直到清晨4時許才以手機聯絡兒子打119求救，警消將他送醫時發現他酒氣沖天，抽血驗出酒精濃度高達1.216毫克，但林男辯稱當時天氣冷，趁等候救援時，才從置物箱拿出喝酒取暖，沒酒駕。

但警消到場沒發現酒瓶，林男又對案發前後時間說不清楚，法官認為林男摔車應立即打電話求救，林男卻辯稱在現場發動機車1、2個小時不合常理，認定林男酒駕，今依公共危險罪判他4月徒刑，得易科罰金12萬元，可上訴。（張欽／台北報導）
