你剪對了嗎？　腳指甲要這樣剪才正確

你知道腳指甲應該怎麼剪才對嗎？日本一名網友在育兒資訊網站上寫道，他將腳指甲受傷的小孩送醫後，醫生治療後提醒腳指甲不宜剪的太過深入，這才讓他知道三十年來的剪法都是錯誤的。

根據這名皮膚科醫生的建議，腳指甲最前端白色部分，至少要留1公厘(1mm)，且應該修剪成四角形，而不是三角形、圓形或短到看不見白色，至於為什麼要這樣剪的理由，則是避免指甲遭到外力擠壓陷入肉中造成甲溝炎。

另外指甲應該慢慢修剪，萬一指甲剪壞或是剪到肉，導致皮膚受傷後感染細菌，有可能惡化成蜂窩組織炎造成更大的傷害。（劉人豪／綜合報導)
