在香港特首辦門外，添華道一帶的集會人士大部分只留在行人路上，沒有明顯堵塞馬路，但今早特首梁振英的座駕並沒有一如以往於7時許，駛出禮賓府往特首辨上班，而多名高官包括政務司司長林鄭月娥、政制及內地事務局局長譚志源、律政司司長袁國強及保安局局長黎棟國的座駕已駛入禮賓府，相信眾高官今早在禮賓府開會。

另外，香港《蘋果》報導指出，示威者繼續在金鐘政府總部外聚集，財政司司長曾俊華在早上7時許進入舊政府總部西座辦公。（施旖婕／綜合報導）
