柴智屏近期若不到案　恐遭全球拘捕

台灣製作人柴智屏被捲入央視行賄弊案，遭中國境管，她日前自清沒行賄，是以「證人」身分被請去調查，如今傳出她涉及的案件屬於刑事案，若近期內不到案，中國將對她發布「紅色通報」，屆時全球刑警看到她都能立刻拘捕。

今天出刊的《時報周刊》報導，日前對柴智屏境管的吉林省人民檢查院，相當於台灣高檢署，專辦公務員貪瀆。按慣例，若柴智屏遲遲不到案，中國會通報國際刑警組織，發布「紅色通報」。此通常針對犯罪事證明確，且具有急迫性的被告，國際刑警組織會員國接獲後，可對通報人員進行拘捕，並進行國際引渡，若走到這步，柴智屏哪裡都去不了。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
