公僕白吃白喝1年多　官威嚇：拆掉你的店

桃園縣政府工務局傳出1名職員在八德市1家餐廳，涉藉勢吃霸王餐1年多，店家要求他付帳，他打人且威嚇店家「拆店」，被判拘役50天，議員批縣府卻未處置。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，縣議員張文瑜昨天質詢時爆料，縣府工務局卞姓職員常到該家餐飲店白吃白喝1年多，去年7月餐後又不付錢，李姓女負責人拉住他的衣服要求付款，卞男甩開李女還辱罵五字經，撂狠話「不要在桃園混了，不信走著看，我要你的店拆掉就拆掉。」

卞男被法院判處拘役50天，但縣府卻沒有處置，她痛批縣府包庇。工務局表示，這是卞男休假時的事，初步認定屬個人行為，如有不法將直接免職。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
