竹北車禍一死 警方移送曾姓駕駛

新竹縣竹北曾姓男子昨晚駕車外出時，認為後方機車沒這麼快，迴車起步時，「碰！」的一聲，見18歲溫姓學生和後載友人倒地，溫姓學生送醫仍不治，竹北警方今天將曾依過失致死罪移送法辦。

曾姓男子（33歲）說，他迴車前，以反光鏡目測，見後方150公尺外有機車，認為迴車不會造成危險，但迴車時，聽到「碰！」的一聲，溫姓學生撞到轎車左側，人車倒地。

溫後載友人說，當時溫車速不快，行駛在竹北市中正西路1316號前時，因路旁突然有車衝出來，因而撞上。
