管爺說：要用年輕人方式去溝通

國發會主委管中閔接受NEWS 98「科技98」訪問時表示，在網路時代，政府在政策溝通的時候，不能只將網路社群當成電視、廣播之外的另一個管道，而必須以更有效的方式與年輕人溝通，對於政府的政策形成也更有幫助，「在社會氛圍下，這是政府必須要做的改變。」
 
管中閔表示，雖去年底就提出，政府應該改變與年輕人溝通的方式，但在今年3月學運前後，仍然受到很大衝擊，「以前在學校我自認是頗受好評的老師，但後來覺得很多政策說明時，不被年輕人接受，學運的訴求與自己解讀的落差很大，這中間的溝通一定有問題，因此決定用年輕人的方法去溝通。」
 
國發會不論是「自由經濟示範區online說明」、「與PTT鄉民有約」，都看的出改變的，管中閔也說，若整個組織都用類似的方法，就會產生比照的效果，之後也有其他部會來詢問，「online要怎麼做？」他認為，不能寄望政府28個部會都勇於參加，但現在有7、8個部會在做，時間一長，效果就會擴散。(林海╱台北報導)
