繼廣東佛山之後，珠海也在26日晚間10時宣布房市鬆綁。中新社統計，大陸目前已有30多個城市取消房市限購，僅剩北京、上海、廣州、深圳等極少數城市維持限購。

毗鄰澳門的珠海選在週末前一天晚間公布，似乎刻意壓低後續效應。珠海市住房和城鄉規劃建設局的網站指出，根據珠海市政府指示，「調整房地產市場雙限令」。雙限即限購、限價。

珠海住建局網站指出，「為了優化戶型、優化住房發展空間布局、控制居住人口密度，香洲、吉大、拱北、新香洲、前山等中心城區，購買144平方公尺以上的商品住房，不再需要提供社保或納稅證明。」

此外，珠海住建局還說，「為吸引各類人才，提供安居環境，在市內投資創業、工作就業的非本市戶籍居民，符合市府人才規定者，可以憑投資創業、工作就業等相關憑證，在中心城區購買一套商品房。」

珠海是在2011年11月1日起，對香洲區實行限購和限價政策，合格者只能新購一套住房，而預售價超過每平方公尺人民幣1萬1285元（新台幣5萬5883元）的建案暫停發放預售證。(中央社)
