總統遭K　國安局坦承接獲預警情資​

總統馬英九昨晚在台北出席活動，遭到抗議人士丟書擊中右腹，維安出現漏洞。國安局上午發布新聞稿坦承事前已接獲相關預警情資，並針對狀況做推演與防範，但仍遭有心人士潛入丟擲書籍，在警衛執行上確有疏失，將針對國安局及憲兵指揮部值勤疏失人員，依權責分別核予行政處分，並撤換新聞安全維護編組人員。

針對昨天砸書事件，國安局強調，台灣為民主法治的社會，對於人民和平表達意見的權利，我們絕對尊重，但要在合法範圍內，並不得逾越界線；對於有心人士蓄意違法行為，已危害國家元首安全。

國安局指出，昨天活動依法執行任務，並於所劃定的安全維護區內，實施必要的管制與查驗，以防止滋擾及危害的狀況發生；未來會策進精進作法，以確保警衛安全；針對相關滋擾及危害狀況，將持持續秉持嚴正執法態度依法處理。（陳培煌／台北報導）
