「不依變態會被殺」　少女遭大伯猥褻10分鐘

彰化縣1名14歲少女因父母離異與祖父母及大伯同住，前年9月，52歲的大伯見姪女下身僅著內褲獨自在沙發上睡覺，見四下無人，佯稱要教導姪女按摩，卻撫摸姪女下體約10分鐘，並抓姪女的手摸他的下體，稱「這邊也要捏」。
 
事後少女傳簡訊給母親，告知遭猥褻，並稱：「媽媽妳自己打不過他的，叫爸爸來跟他理論才不會換我們被打！」但大伯否認猥褻姪女，辯稱是不小心碰到。

庭時時法官問少女，為何會讓大伯繼續按摩？少女稱：「因為電視新聞都有講，不依照變態的意思會被殺」，台中高分院採信少女說詞，依強制猥褻判大伯3年4月刑期。 (許淑惠／台中報導)
