明年健保醫療費至少5814億

全民健保會今天進行明年度健保總額協商，根據經建會核定，明年總額成長率至少1.772%，全年健保醫療費用至少5814億元；為了監控健保費用的運用，健保署打算編列2億8500萬元「提升管理效率」，用於審查分析費用合理性。

民間監督健保聯盟發言人滕西華說，編列這筆錢沒有法源依據，不應將民眾繳的健保費，用於提升管理效率。

經建會日前核定明年整體醫療給付費用成長率範圍，介於1.772%至4.75%間，估算明年健保醫療費用至少達5814 億元，較今年成長百億元，上限最多不得超過5984億元。

近6000億元醫療費用由中醫、牙醫、西醫基層診所、西醫醫院分配，其中以西醫醫院占醫療費用為大宗。

由於健保醫療費用每年以3%至4%速度成長，健保署發言人蔡魯表示，健保門診量申報件數已達3.5億件，若醫界、消費者代表同意，希望編列經費，應用在監控及審查分析等管理系統，讓健保費用運用更合理，提升醫療品質。
