中華電信真的把提前轉4G的用戶當白痴

剛打電話去問客服：

1.因為已經轉4G，
所以沒辦法提前用當初買i5的3G的合約去續約購買i6

2.如果先轉回3G
就要一個月後才有辦法再轉成4G
換個角度說：就是沒辦法在26號那天用4G的方案購買i6
因為門號根本就沒辦法轉4G
要等一個月後才有辦法

真的是在裝瘋為
一個月後預購單早就失效了
中華電信你們是怎樣???
