力拼連任的台中市長胡志強，今（2）日上午在妻子邵曉鈴及立委蔡錦隆、盧秀燕、楊瓊瓔等大批支持者陪同下，一起前往台中州廳辦理參選登記，胡志強宣示，一定要大台中好好實現，用台灣最好的城市帶動台灣進步。

胡志強在完成登記後，還當場親吻邵曉鈴，對妻子一直陪伴在旁，當他最大的支持者表示感謝，面對支持者高喊「凍蒜」、「台中一定強」，胡志強則堅定地表示，「我們有信心，更有信心贏得這次選舉」。

胡志強表示，一定要贏得勝選，才對得起台中市所有市民，他也希望國民黨提名的候選人都能與他一起認真打拚，贏得選舉，最後真正的贏家就是大台中，就是大台中市的市民。
