標題[請問] AVAST 誤判檔案如何解決

我有一個檔案，是Adobe AI CS4 的功能 今天AVAST忽然把它認定是病毒，每次開就會隔離起來 = = 我在AVAST的警告彈出視窗點選「把檔案移到掃描排除列表」 但是完全沒有用，照樣把檔案隔離掉 導致我這功能完全無法使用 請問一下AVAST要怎麼禁止他掃描某個檔案？如何設置白名單？ 網路上流傳的方法是從「及時防護>專家設定>全自動沙盒跟排除」 但不知道是否版本之故，我的並沒有及時防護這個選項 在「檔案系統防護 > 設定」中設置的排除路逕也已經有這個檔案了(而且有很多個Orz) 但還是無法正常執行 我使用的是免費家用版 如果有人知道 請告知方法 目前非常困擾，感激 Q Q 確實解決的話 可奉上1000p幣酬謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.126.168.209 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1409481076.A.857.html ※ 編輯: oj113068 (59.126.168.209), 08/31/2014 18:34:16
