南茂自建化學實驗室　通過認證

半導體封測大廠南茂科技（8150）宣布位於竹北廠的化學實驗室日前通過實驗室全國認證基金會（TAF）認證。南茂在晶圓凸塊產線大幅擴充, 對於晶圓凸塊品質要求更加嚴謹，於今年初向實驗室全國認證基金會提出化學分析實驗室之認證, 並於8月28日正式通過並登錄於實驗室全國認證基金會網站上。
 
南茂表示，該化學分析實驗室從取樣、調配、分析及數據產出, 均在嚴格的品質管理系統下作業, 以確保製程穩定及產出高品質之晶圓凸塊產品。
 
南茂科技在創立之初, 品質保證中心之品質實驗室即向國家級實驗室認證單位(原中華民國國家實驗室認證，CNLA) 申請並通過CNLA實驗室之認證，現再加上化學實驗室通過TAF認證，不僅對內可提供生產線穩定製程參數的量測和經常性資料庫的維護，對外可提供客戶最高規格且品質穩定之產品，南茂科技在封測技術及產品穩定度可以更上一層。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
