泥醉打赤膊騎車　酒駕「大戶」辯罹癌

51歲王姓男子昨晚10點多在台中市北區一處公園喝酒後，沒有戴安全帽，而且打赤膊騎機車上路，在北平路與中清路口被警方攔下，酒測值高達1.4mg/l，員警發現他是轄區內的酒駕「大戶」，5年內已經7度酒駕被逮，還多次攔查拒檢，被查扣機車，但仍是死性不改。
 
王男被帶回派出所後不但躺在地上呼呼大睡，甚至還尿在褲子裡，醜態百出，連員警都拿他沒有辦法。
 
王男酒醒後辯稱因為罹癌，不得已才會喝酒，但被員警斥責：「酒駕和罹癌無關，根本是狡辯」，偵訊後將他依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦。(蔡智銘／台中報導)
