伊拉克總統被控違憲　美挺身支持

伊拉克總統馬蘇姆7月當選後，遲遲未能指派總理馬利基組閣，馬利基10日宣布將向聯邦法院控告馬蘇姆違憲，並在巴格達部署安全部隊，美國國務卿凱瑞對此回應表示，華盛頓支持伊拉克總統馬蘇姆，並警告總理馬利基不要製造麻煩。 　　

報導稱，凱瑞在雪梨表示，美國支持伊拉克總統馬蘇姆，總統有維護伊拉克憲法的責任，美國希望馬利基不要製造麻煩。馬利基在10日深夜播出的電視演說中表示，馬蘇姆沒有及時宣佈馬利基所屬的「法治國家聯盟」為國民議會最大黨團並指派他組建新內閣，這種蓄意違反憲法的行為將嚴重損害伊拉克的團結、主權和獨立，為此他將向聯邦法院正式提出起訴。

目前伊拉克安全部隊已加強首都巴格達的戒備等級，街頭執勤軍警明顯增多。（國際中心╱綜合報導）
