復興重大空難　恐停止分配國際航權1年

復興發生重大空難，民航局表示，根據「國際航權分配及包機審查」綱要，業者有發生航空器失事者，自發生日起1年內不得參與國際航權分配，也會影響後續兩岸新增航班的分配權利。不過，經民航局飛航安全評議會評定其失事顯著不可歸責於業者，不在此限。
 
至於復興空成立的廉價航空，力拼在今年9月底開航的V Air威航，民航局表示，V Air威航是家獨立的公司，不受母公司復興航空空難影響其開航和航權分配。復興航空總經理徐以聰表示，V Air威航是運作獨立的公司，不受復興事件的影響（陳如嬌／台北報導）
