台半 (5425)昨日除息1.2元，受到投信與自營商的減碼，呈現嚴重貼息，惟上半年本業與業外營運皆美，吸引新買盤介入，股價衝高漲停。

新產品Trench MOS打入SONY與三星等日韓手機大廠供應鏈，高階車用二極體也打入BMW、BENZ及TOYATA等汽車大廠，新產品跨進門檻高，有利於毛利率與獲利跳升；持有37%股權的子公司鼎翰 (3611)今年受惠條碼機出貨拉高，鼎翰有機會賺進1.5個資本額，近來股價維持於280元上下，台半未實現利益水漲船高。
