蔡英文促蔣偉寧：自我檢討 知所進退

民進黨主席蔡英文今出席台南市黨部第三屆主委交接典禮，針對屏東教育大學離職副教授陳震遠論文審查造假案與教育部長蔣偉寧參與掛名五篇論文遭撤銷。蔡英文表示，這件事在國際間備受關注，面對外界壓力，蔣偉寧必須要更加自我檢討、知所進退。

蔡英文也說，這件事凸顯出台灣學術界長期以來論文掛帥的現象，已經產生不好的效果，同時這樣的體制對台灣學術的提升、評鑑與培育人才與教師都有正面的影響，「這件事應該讓我們都有所警惕。」

面對年底選舉，蔡英文表示，這將是民進黨是否重回執政黨的前哨戰，台南市不僅要穩贏，更要選得漂亮、選得成功，然而還有4個月的時間，本黨七月開始將開始巡迴開研討會，希望能聽取更多聲音，達到人民的期待。
