台聯立委周倪安告江宜樺等殺人未遂開庭

警方324驅離攻占行政院的反服貿民眾，台聯立委周倪安也在衝突中受傷，她指控行政院長江宜樺、警政署長王卓鈞、台北市警局長黃昇勇及中正一分局長方仰寧殺人未遂，台北地方法院今天上午開庭，周倪安及律師團聲請保全證據，請法院要求警方交出警力調動、部署和相關人員的電話通聯紀錄等資料，法官表示將由合議庭評議。
