單身趴「性致」漲　性愛照反救了準新郎

謝姓準新郎去年底某日深夜11時許，受好友邀約在大喜之日前2天，在新北市板橋區一間汽車旅館辦單身趴，他與1名傳播妹發生性關係，事後遭控性侵，好友當時拍下2人性愛照，呈堂證供「救了」準新郎。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，眾人當天為助興，叫了4名傳播小姐，其中1名女子與謝飲酒、相談甚歡，2人在廁所發生性行為，謝的友人與女子同事見狀，認為兩人情投意合未打擾，還拿相機拍下2人「辦事」的畫面。

謝男同意多給坐檯費1.5倍的費用，但未額外支付發生性關係的費用。該女子事後向警方報案遭性侵。檢方依性愛照認定小姐主動配合變換體位，未達泥醉失去抗拒能力程度，處分謝男不起訴。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
