抗議民眾鍋碗瓢盆伺候　大喊「張志軍起床了」

今晨5時30分左右， 12位抗議民眾再度聚集淡水福容飯店前，拿出準備好的鐵鍋和湯瓢不斷敲打，大喊「張志軍起床了！」「出來面對，不要躲在黑道後面。」隨後唱起島嶼天光，現場近百名警方嚴陣以待，不敢大意。

經過20多分鐘的敲打後，雖未發現有其他房客出來抗議，反倒引來環保局注意，環保局人員拿著分貝器在現場測分貝，雖然分貝數超過規定，是否開罰仍待進一步研議。目前抗議民眾以收拾完畢離開福容飯店，預計將前往張志軍下一個行程地點，繼續抗議。（陸運鋒／新北報導）
