台南市議會中午上演全武行，民進黨市議員唐碧娥與國民黨團書記長洪玉鳳為了為了工務委員會召委遞補問題引發口角互嗆，氣氛僵持，議長賴美惠宣布暫時休息後，兩人卻在休息時間越嗆越火大，最後兩人互推還停不了手，場面一度失控扭打、甚至動手拉扯對方頭髮，嚇壞眾人，尖叫聲四起，在多名議員上前拉開雙方後才結束混亂場面。（李恩慈／台南報導）
