台中市去年發生2件登山失聯案，台中市長胡志強今天答覆議員質詢時表示，將加強山難搜救訓練，並引進民間救難團體資源。

台中市去年底發生歐姓夫妻大霸尖山及黃姓男子雪山稜線等登山失聯案，台中市議員蕭隆澤今天在市政總質詢時批評消防局多年未進行高山雪地搜救訓練，編制48名搜救員，竟有15人有高山症，全數僅有4人曾接受過高山雪地搜救訓練，質疑消防局搜救能力。

胡志強答覆時要求消防局重新檢討山難搜救訓練，並引進民間救難團體，強化搜救人員的搜救能力，搜救過程必須一次到位。

胡志強說，「救命如救火，要越快越好」，既然民間救難團體擁有堅強的救難實力，就應妥善協調運用，變成市政府的力量，不應重複浪費人力的現象。

台中市消防局長廖明川表示，在大劍山黃姓男子的搜救過程中，市府已與民間救難團體建立合作機制，未來若有相關需求都會引進民間資源，並規劃山難搜救訓練，提升消防局人員的專業搜救能力。(中央社)
