桃園首創自治條例　食品添加物專人管理

桃園縣首創全國「桃園縣食品添加物管理自治條例」今天頒布實施，嚴格規範縣內食品製造業者及餐飲業者應將所有食品添加物資訊充分揭露，讓消費者有知與選擇的權利。並特別規範業者需指派專人管理添加物，這些人員每年必需到衛生局上課6小時，並要求添加物需「專櫃專區」儲存。
 
桃園縣衛生局主秘楊文志表示，以食品公司為例，依《食品安全衛生管理法》製造公司僅需將添加物上網列冊，未做細部要求，才會希望透過自治條例去規範業者要指派專人管理添加物，並要求他們每年到衛生局接受相關教育或新知等6小時的課程；另外，以前沒嚴格要求添加物的儲放地點，這次也嚴格要求業者「專櫃專區」儲放，避免原料和添加物混雜在一起，
 
衛生局也提醒民眾，選購包裝食品應詳細檢視食品外包裝標示，若有疑慮，可向衛生局食品安全專線0800-285-000反映或撥打1950消費專線尋求協助。（張沛森／桃園報導）
