陳姓婦人疑汪姓丈夫與公司丁姓女職員發展婚外情，2011年帶人「抓猴」，直擊2人躺在床上僅穿內褲，因罪證不足不起訴。人妻再掌握2人露骨鹹溼簡訊，高等法院昨判丁女應賠償20萬元定讞。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，陳女2011年5月20日帶人衝進丁女住處，撞見老公和丁女均穿內衣褲躺在床上，但因罪證不足，檢方不起訴處分。

陳女再調查簡訊內容，見小三傳給老公「穿了性感小褲褲等你哦」、「要去我家吃飯嗎？再來一炮」等火辣挑逗情話。高等法院認定雙方有親密關係的男女私情，昨判丁女賠償20萬元定讞。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
