黑島青願賠錢 政院：無人來聯繫

島國前進發起人林飛帆、陳為廷等人上午舉行記者會，質疑國家濫訴，318學運後，透過向醫院索取療個資，進一步傳喚民眾，嚴重侵犯人權。同時他們也在新聞稿中也指出，對行政院造成的損害，願意循立院模式賠錢。

對此，行政院發言人孫立群表示，318事件中涉及公訴罪部分，司法單位正依司法程序偵辦中，不便置喙。對於還錢一事，林陳等人沒有任何人與行政院接觸，並不清楚他們要做什麼。
