泰卸任高官政客　擬海外結社對抗軍政府

泰國軍方發動政變屆滿兩周，前總理府部長乍甲博(Jakrapob Penkair)表示，已有十幾名泰國政治領袖，將聯同被推翻的泰國前政府，在海外組織公民抗命運動，抗議軍方統治。

乍甲博今天(5日)接受《路透》訪問時表示，泰國的民主體系受到嚴重破壞，人民則不公平、不公正、不合適地遭到懲罰、追捕與欺凌，因此大約15名泰國政治領袖，將聯同被推翻的泰國前政府，在海外成立「自由泰國運動」(Free Thai Movement)組織，以和平和非激進方式支援國內外組織，並以公民抗命運動來抵抗軍事政變，組織的成員不包括流亡海外的前總理塔克辛(Thaksin Shinawatra)。但他也強調，組織不會設在目前塔克辛所處的柬埔寨，避免柬埔寨尷尬，並排除籌組流亡政府的可能性。

乍甲博在已故總理沙瑪執政時擔任總理府部長，但於08年被指侮辱泰王蒲美蓬，被迫宣佈辭職，後來流亡柬埔寨。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
