【灌水牛肉】送驗全台7店　逾半疑灌水

不肖業者屠牛後灌水，問題牛肉銷往市面，連畜產專家陳明造都嘆：「很難買到不灌水牛肉！」但主管市售肉品的衛福部並未制定檢驗市售牛肉是否灌水的標準，《蘋果》在北中南7間牛肉專賣店、肉販處購買國產牛肉送驗，依專家及中國制定的標準，發現逾半都有灌水嫌疑。
 
中興大學畜牧系退休教授陳明造說，目前以科學檢驗判斷肉品是否灌水的最好方法，是以含水量為標準，中國因多次查獲牛肉灌水事件，以含水量77%為標準，超過即認定為灌水肉，國內並無國家標準，他認為72％到76％是可接受範圍，超過76%的「均有灌水的可能」（專案組／台北報導）
 

台中牛肉舖的肉也被驗出含水量偏高。

另家被《蘋果》直擊灌水的肉舖，送檢後含水量最高。
