動保員「薪」酸　做20年領3萬

排行「全球最夢幻職業」前幾名的動物保育員，在台灣的正式職稱卻是「技工工友」，且工資十幾年來如一。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，33歲的陳依婷，自中興畜產學系碩士畢業後，便投履歷至台北市立動物園擔任動物保育員。在動物園工作近10年，陳依婷感嘆，「缺乏升遷管道，真的留不住人才！」不少同仁已做了20年、甚至30年，薪水都「始終如一」皆為3萬元，因經濟壓力忍痛離去。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
