人人都愛自拍，尤其是女性朋友們！但你知道女性朋友一生花多少時間在自拍嗎？根據英國研究指出，女性朋友一生花在自拍的時間是753小時，相當於一個多月的時間。

根據英國《每日郵報》（Daily Mail）報導，國際知名保養品牌《美體小舖》(The Body Shop)調查結果顯示，英國人對形象相當重視，而自拍這股風潮吹到英國當然使英國人為之瘋狂，甚至女人一生中有753個小時都在自拍、刪除不完美的照片、重拍、修飾自拍照片，一定要完美無瑕才能上傳社群網站與朋友分享。

那要怎樣才能拍出完美自拍照呢？研究指出，女性通常會使用5個招數，有51%的女性注重柔色系燈光，認為能拍出完美自拍照，47%的女性選擇看起來楚楚動人的俯角自拍，以及46%的女性會調整體姿，以看起來最苗條的角度自拍。

報導指出，還有37%會透過智慧型手機的濾鏡拍攝，還有29%眼含笑意的迷人神情自拍。此外，位於英國南安普敦郡的女性朋友有20%的人喜歡噘嘴自拍。
