兌換外幣中飽私囊4千餘元　獲緩刑

基隆港務局1名李姓女職員，利用承辦兌換外幣業務之便，分別於2011年8、9月間，受理旅客兌換外幣、人民幣時，用自己的錢兌換，沒有依規定開立3聯式水單，致使港務局損失匯兌收益， 3天內共違法8次，獲不法利益4,384元，同年10月，李女主動向法務部廉政署自首；檢方偵訊後依貪污治罪條例起訴，法官審查，李女只是自首其中部份犯行，其餘違法犯行是廉政署調閱錄影光碟所查出的，因此不符合自首效力，不過，考量她不法所得僅4千多元，且已全部繳回，犯罪情節輕微，又無前科，深具悔意，予以減刑，基隆地院一審判決有期徒刑2年，緩刑5年，褫奪公權2年，可上訴。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
