不願付晚餐錢　英男球棒毆女友

紀念日大餐常讓男性荷包失血，若不願付錢恐會激怒女伴。但英國有名男子因不想付錢，竟持球棒毆打女友，造成她手肘和手指多處骨折。
 
根據英國《每日郵報》報導，來自西約客郡的21歲阿提斯（Luke Artis）是名健身教練，今年3月他喝得醉醺醺回家，41歲的女友吉里安（Tina Gillian）問他是否願意負擔紀念日大餐費用，阿提斯大為光火，兩人發生激烈爭吵，阿提斯不顧自己身型龐大強壯，竟拿球棒痛毆吉里安，造成她頭部受傷、手指與手肘骨折，事後處於失眠焦慮狀態，經常於深夜回想起被打場景。
 
昨天（28日）法官宣判阿提斯須入獄6年8個月。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
