夭壽鄰居！　偷房東鑰匙再偷房客錢

新北市一名23歲陳姓男子住在中和忠孝街1處出租套房，但他因缺錢花用，竟先潛入房東住處竊取其他出租套房鑰匙，再於前天下午2時許，趁其他房客外出之際，持鑰匙打開房門，竊得5200元。

其他房客返回租屋處時，發現房內的錢遭竊，趕緊報警處理。警方根據各種跡證，並調閱房東住處的監視器，發現陳男涉有重嫌，昨天循線將他逮捕時，在他身上發現套房的鑰匙，立即將他帶回派出所偵訊。

陳男向警方坦承，因無業缺錢花用，才會動歪腦筋到其他房客身上。警方調查，陳男有毒品、竊盜等前科，訊後將他依竊盜罪法辦。（潘志偉／新北報導）
