【捷運殺人】傷者僅獲乘車券？北捷：方便就醫非補償

在台北捷運砍人事件中受傷的民眾，每人可獲20張北捷免費乘車券，遭媒體和網友質疑若這就是補償費用，未免太微薄，且還限制乘車券使用期限。北捷公司今發聲明表示，搭車券是要方便受傷旅客或親屬搭捷運看病或探病使用，並非補償費用。
 
北捷公司指出，免費搭乘券使用方式，是要旅客至車站旅客詢問處兌換不限里程的單程票，至於券上雖貼了有效期限1個月字樣，但因提供的免費搭乘券並無發出日期，因此並無使用期限，北捷公司將研議修改文字，避免旅客誤解。（生活中心／台北報導）
