陸軍下士洪仲丘案，洪家及檢方不服一審判決，提起上訴。台灣高等法院完成分案並閱卷後，訂於明天（26日）首次開庭。

桃園地院合議庭3月7日以虐死洪仲丘非蓄意，對被起訴的18名軍士官被告，包括前542旅長沈威志等7名軍士官都被判有罪，分處6月至8月有期徒刑，均不得易科罰金；陳毅勳等4名管理士分處5至6月徒刑，均可易科罰金，另5名管理士獲判無罪。

洪家人不服一審判決，另外桃園地檢署在收到判決書研議後，以「量刑」和「死因判定」等兩大理由提起上訴。

台灣高等法院在4月30日完成分案，由承審過紅火案、拉法葉艦案的審判長蘇素娥、受命法官梁耀鑌、陪席法官鄭水銓組合議庭，審理這起重大刑事案件；合議庭經閱卷後，訂於5月26日首次開庭，涉案被告應全數到案。(中央社)
