視察塔寮坑溪整治 江揆：事在人為

行政院長江宜樺上午由新北市長朱立倫陪同視察新莊塔寮坑溪整治工程，江宜樺表示，從塔寮坑溪的整治成效可看出事在人為，「我們並不是沒有辦法治水，而是只要大家把專業拿出來」，江揆並指出，新編的6年660億治水預算將以非工程手法補足過去單靠工程治水手法的不足，「善用納稅人的一分錢，中央、地方通力合作，做好治水，這是政府公務員對人民最莊嚴神聖的承諾。」
