今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，有民眾因忙著養家賺錢，沒時間參加「青年安心成家貸款」輔導課程，被縣府以「未參加三小時輔導課程」為由，將他列為不合格戶，不僅取消優惠貸款，並像男子追繳利息。

該男子不滿提出行政訴訟，法官認為不符比例原則，批評桃園縣府「大砲打小鳥」不公不義無同理心，判決男子仍能享有優惠方案。
