貧富差距漸大　賴英照：憲法與政策相左

台灣貧富差距明顯，造成民眾呼籲修憲聲浪再起，對此賴英照認為我國憲法與政策相左。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，司法院前院長、中原大學講座教授賴英照投書表示，憲法標舉均富社會，而台灣的經濟發展政策卻是「經濟國際化、貿易自由化」，造成「憲法向左、政策往右」的差異。

賴英照表示，憲法明定「公營原則、民營例外」的基本政策，目的在發達國家資本，節制私人資本。實際卻是公營日漸消減，民營大幅成長，局勢全面翻轉。籲主政者應努力縮短貧富差距，消除「多而不均，富而不安」的疑慮，才能打造「青年住得起的台灣」。
