「說好的不政變呢」　美終止對泰1億軍援

泰國軍方發動政變，美國政府今宣布暫停對泰國350萬美元(約新台幣1億元)軍事援助，包括外國軍事資助項目以及國際軍事教育和訓練項目資金。

原本泰軍在本周二宣布戒嚴時，曾強調不會政變，但如今卻進行軍事接管，形成政變。據英國BBC報導，美方表示會「重新評估」所有援助項目，除了停止軍援，可能還會暫停其他援助。美國去年對泰國的軍事援助總額約為1050萬美元(約新台幣31億元)。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
