標題[請益] 該不該換工作呢

大家好, 小弟到了35歲的生涯決擇點，目前在一家約200人的上市公司上班 目前有個朋友介紹的機會去台達電做資深工程師 提出辭呈後，公司開始積極留人，晉升為副理與五年不綁約的配套福利 目前公司因為流動率以及長期重業務輕工程的原故，公司產品品質相當糟糕，目前可說是 百廢待舉的階段。 老闆也知道問題所在，所以積極留人。 但我也很清楚自已並沒有長期留在這裡的打算，三五年後應該還是會離開，到時也要邁入 40歲了。 假設兩邊的薪水相去不遠，各位會做何決擇呢?! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.42.190.28 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1400891378.A.E3E.html
