傷患若大出血　應先CPR搶救

北捷隨機殺人案震驚全國，有民眾寫信到《蘋果》詢問，傷患被刺傷出血，救護人員卻仍進行壓胸急救，是否會成造成更大量出血。醫師說，若傷者已無心跳、脈搏，即使傷口出血，仍應優先進行心肺復甦術（CPR）搶救。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，醫師表示，針對外傷患者，救護人員到場後第一要務是評估傷患有無心跳、脈搏，若傷患無法自主呼吸，應先進行CPR搶救，若有支援人手，可再從旁協助做傷口加壓止血。醫師提醒，如傷者被刀刃所傷，刺進身體的刀子最好不要拔掉，能降低出血量，送醫搶救的成功率較高。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
