涉嚴重盜版　快播遭罰12.6億

看片神器「快播」在上周遭有關當局處罰之後，又面臨了巨額罰款，中國《經濟觀察網》報導指出，20日下午，深圳市市場監督管理局來到快播深圳總部，送達對快播科技有限公司擬行政處罰聽證通知書，擬對快播處以2.6億元人民幣（12.6億台幣）罰款。
 
據了解，快播實施盜版的行為違反了中國著作權法規定，深圳市市場監督管理局責令快播需立即停止侵權違法行為，並處以2.6億人民幣罰款。
 
由於快播的高層都不在公司，通知書實施留置送達。快播科技公司在本月稍早時曾遭廣東省通信管理局以傳播淫穢色情訊息為由，處以吊銷增值電訊營業取證合法的行政處罰，即吊銷增值電訊業務。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
